A washing trommel for the MShR 3.6x4.0 ball mill was shipped to the address of our customer, Bogolyubovskoe Company.
Located in the Krasnoyarsk Territory, Bogolyubovskoe deals with the production and treatment of lead and zinc ores.
Designed with a central discharge, the MShR ball mill is used for crushing copper and molybdenum ores, ferrous and non-ferrous metals, as well as other ore materials at the mineral refinement plants. The ore is loaded into the tank through the loading unit and discharged through the washing trommel attached to the output opening. The washing trommel is also used for material screening. Such a structure of the mill increases productivity by 10% compared to other analogs due to the modified tank configuration and reduced specific quantity of metal. Moreover, the MShR ball mills release the product with the maximum particle size not exceeding 0.5 mm.
